Advancing the practice across Texas
The Section connects practitioners, supports continuing legal education, and provides resources for attorneys handling antitrust matters, trade regulation issues, and complex business disputes throughout the state.
Members include trial lawyers, in-house counsel, judges, academics, and law students engaged with the field.

Section membership is administered through the State Bar of Texas. Leadership is provided by an elected Council of practicing attorneys.
